CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. No Cancellation After Order Confirmation
    All Institutional Subscription orders are final. Once the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received, the subscription cannot be cancelled.
  2. No Refund After Order Confirmation
    No refund shall be provided after confirmation of the Institutional Subscription order, except in the circumstances specifically mentioned below.
  3. Exception for Delayed Commencement
    A refund may be provided if commencement of the subscribed programme is delayed beyond the prescribed commencement schedule due to unavoidable circumstances or a technical/system glitch attributable to KrezentSkills, and the programme cannot be commenced within a reasonable period.
  4. Refund Process
    Where a refund is approved under Clause 3, the applicable refund shall be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures.
  5. Acceptance
    By proceeding with the Institutional Subscription, the authorised representative confirms that the institution has read and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
