INSTITUTIONAL TERMA & CONDITIONS

  1. Institutional Subscription
    Institutional subscriptions are available to schools, colleges, universities and other eligible educational institutions through the ELEVATE (Weekly) and EMPOWER (Monthly) plans.
  2. Authorised Registration
    The institution must provide accurate information and register through an authorised representative. The institution is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.
  3. Programme Access
    Subscription access is limited to the institution and the number of participants agreed upon at the time of registration. Subscription access may not be transferred, resold or shared with unauthorised persons.
  4. Participants Below 18 Years
    Participants below 18 years may participate only through an eligible institution. The institution is responsible for obtaining the necessary parent/guardian consent and ensuring that applicable child-safety and data-protection requirements are followed.
  5. Fees & Payment
    The applicable subscription fee must be paid through the payment options provided on KrezentSkills.com. Access to the institutional programme will be activated after successful payment and confirmation.
  6. Cancellation & Refunds
    Cancellation and refund, if applicable, will be governed by the KrezentSkills Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed on the website at the time of subscription.
  7. Programme Schedule
    Programme sessions will be conducted according to the schedule mutually communicated to the institution. KrezentSkills may reasonably reschedule a session when necessary and will communicate such changes to the institution.
  8. Intellectual Property
    All KrezentSkills programme content, materials, presentations, videos, activities and resources are the intellectual property of KrezentSkills or its respective owners. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
  9. Responsible Participation
    The institution shall ensure that participants follow appropriate conduct and do not misuse the programme, website, learning materials or digital platforms.
  10. Privacy & Data Protection
    Information submitted by the institution and participants will be handled in accordance with the KrezentSkills Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws.
  11. Suspension or Termination
    KrezentSkills reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, unauthorised sharing, non-payment, violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
  12. Limitation of Responsibility
    KrezentSkills provides educational and skill-development programmes and does not guarantee any specific academic, professional, behavioural or career outcome from participation.
  13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Odisha, India.
  14. Acceptance
    By registering for an institutional subscription and proceeding with payment, the authorised representative confirms that the institution has read, understood and agreed to these Institutional Subscription Terms & Conditions, the General Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
